Shipping
Most orders are shipped by the next business day. Kits & made-to-order items may take 1 additional day to ship. When possible I ship Friday orders on Saturday but that is not guaranteed.
First class shipping generally takes 2-5 business days within the US. Priority mail is usually 2-3 business days but may take longer and is not guaranteed by the post office. Please choose the priority mail shipping upgrade at checkout to upgrade from first class to priority.
International Shipping:
We now offer shipping to Canada. Choose USPS First Class for your most economical option (USPS estimated delivery in 1-4 weeks). Upgrade to Priority (USPS estimated delivery in 6-10 days) or Express (USPS estimated delivery in 3-5 days). Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Ritual Crafting.
Rates are subject to change – see cart for the most up to date costs. Currently (last updated March 2023) First Class is $15, Priority is $30 and Express is $55. All prices are in USD.
Returns
Contact me within 2 weeks of delivery for instructions. A return must arrive back within 30 days. Tracking & proof of shipping is highly recommended.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your refund will include the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost. If your item qualified for free shipping, there will be a small restocking fee equal to what we paid to ship your order.
EXCEPTIONS:
If the item has been worn, used, is a customized item, or on sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Also we do not accept forced returns, so you must contact me before returning.
